Kosovo tension: Western powers call for de-escalation

The United States and European countries are calling for a de-escalation of the tension in Kosovo. Ethnic Serbs in North Kosovo have been protesting against ethnic Albanian mayors being elected in a vote that Serbs boycotted. Al Jazeera's Assed Baig reports from Zvecan, Kosovo.
