The Republican-led Texas House voted to impeach Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and he now awaits a Senate trial. Democratic Texas State Senator Roland Gutierrez, who will be a juror in that upcoming Senate trial, joined MSNBC's Alicia Menendez to discuss the House hearing that lead to the historic impeachment, and digs into what happens next.
