Mexico migrant centre fire: Prosecutors investigating deaths as possible homicide

Prosecutors in Mexico say they've identified 8 people who may be behind the deaths of 39 people killed in a fire at the detention centre, near the US border border. Mexican prosecutors said they were investigating the incident as a possible homicide. Footage has emerged which shows the moment that the fire started at the migrant centre run by the Mexican state. Uniformed guards appear to walk away as the fire breaks out in a corner, leaving the men in what appears to be a locked cell as the flames engulfed them. FRANCE 24's James Vasina reports.
