Vast clean-up begins as Paris rubbish collectors suspend strike

Some 7,000 tons of stinking garbage that has piled up on the streets of Paris in recent weeks will finally start to be cleared up after the city's rubbish collectors announced they were suspending a three-week strike over President Emmanuel Macron's pension reforms.
