DR Congo violence: More foreign troops arriving to fight M23

More foreign troops are arriving in Democratic Republic of Congo to help in the fight against the M23 armed group. Calls from regional leaders for the rebels to cease fire and withdraw, have not stopped the violence. And government forces are facing accusations of using another armed group to fight the M23.
