Rohingya campaigners condemn Myanmar’s ‘opaque’ repatriation plan

Myanmar's government told Al Jazeera it will start the repatriation of Rohingya refugees in mid-April. For the first time, officials say those who return will be allowed back to their homes. But many Rohingya are skeptical of guarantees from the military, many say they are too scared to return. Al Jazeera's Tony Cheng reports from Naypyidaw, Myanmar.
