Utah governor signs law to restrict social media access for kids and teens

Children and teenagers in Utah could lose their access to social media next year or face a barrage of restrictions after the state's governor signed a law toughening access and limiting their time on platforms. NBC News' Miguel Alamguer has more details on the new legislation.
