Judge approves evidence in probe into Trump’s handling of classified documents

As the Justice Department continues its investigation into former President Trump's handling of classified documents, a U.S. district judge has ruled that investigators have presented enough evidence to establish that a crime had been committed. NBC News' Ken Dilanian explains what the ruling means for the Trump and whether the former president's attorneys could testify in the case.
