At least 26 dead in Chile as wildfires spread

Massive wildfires are burning across Chile where the blazes have destroyed forests and homes leaving at least 26 people dead. NBC's Valerie Castro reports on how temperatures are only making matters worse as the government is now declaring a state of catastrophe.
