Charges to be formally filed against Alec Baldwin in deadly ‘Rust’ shooting

New Mexico's district attorney is set to file involuntary manslaughter charges against actor Alec Baldwin and the armorer for the film “Rust” for their part in the on-set shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
