US foreign minister pleas for two-state solution on Israel visit | DW News

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called for de-escalation upon his arrival in Tel Aviv on Monday, as Israeli-Palestinian tensions have flared in recent weeks. "It is the responsibility of everyone to take steps to calm tensions rather than inflame them," Blinken told journalists after arriving in Israel. He also said a two-state solution is the "only path" forward in the decadeslong conflict.
