Blinken arrives in Middle East amid increased security after deadly attacks in Israel

U.S. secretary of state Anthony Blinken arrived in the Middle East for a three day visit amid deadly attacks in Israel. Soldiers are on the streets in Jerusalem and Israel raised it's alert level in response to two shootings. Blinken is scheduled to speak to Israeli and Palestinian leaders.
