Israeli troops kill at least nine Palestinians in Jenin raid

Israeli forces have killed at least nine Palestinians and wounded 20 during a raid on the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian President has declared three days of mourning as the Palestinian Authority has cut security ties with Israel.
