Russians accused of planting mines in Ukraine's Donetsk

Russia is accused of scattering thousands of landmines across Ukraine's Donetsk region. Authorities there say it is extremely dangerous for people trying to return to their communities and for infrastructure repairs to take place. Al Jazeera's @Nadim Baba has more.
