European leaders gather in Prague, Russia not invited

European leaders meet in Prague to launch a 'European Political Community' to boost security and economic prosperity across the continent. It has been established in response to the Ukraine war and soaring energy costs. The European Political Community is made up of 27 EU states and 17 other countries with Russia as the one major European power not invited.
