Former Kansas Police Officer Charged With 24 counts Of Sex Crimes

A 20-year Kansas police veteran has been charged with two dozen counts of sex crimes, many of which took place while he was still in uniform. Most of the accusations came from a six-year period while he was serving as a patrol officer. NBC News' Steve Patterson has the details.
