Sudan floods affect more than 3,000 families, devastate villages

More than 3,000 families have been affected by heavy rains and torrential floods in Sudan that have destroyed dozens of villages. The government says the floods have caused more damage than the state can handle. Al Jazeera's Hiba Morgan has more.
