US, Rwanda held talks over M23 rebels in DR Congo

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he discussed with Rwandan President Paul Kagame "credible reports" that Rwanda supports the M23 rebel group in Democratic Republic of Congo. They also talked about Rwanda's human rights record. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa has more.
