Argentina: Concerns rise over increase of football fan violence

Football violence has been a long-running problem in Argentina, with gangs of radical fans often influencing what happens outside the stadium during a game. But as the World Cup approaches, authorities have reported a spike in the number of incidents - both inside and outside the stadiums.
