Ukraine: Dozens missing after Russian missile strike on mall kills 18

Firefighters on Tuesday searched the rubble of a Ukrainian shopping mall in the central city of Kremenchuk where authorities said 36 people were missing after a Russian missile strike that killed at least 18. In the past two days, Ukrainians have described attacks by Russia in the southern region of Odesa and the city of Kharkiv in the northeast.
