United Nations: Shireen Abu Akleh killed by Israeli forces

A UN finding suggests that the Israeli military fired the shot that killed Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh. Abu Akleh was killed while on assignment in Jenin, in the occupied West Bank. Al Jazeera's @Bernard Smith reports from West Jerusalem.
