Australia PM-elect promises action on climate change

Australia's Prime Minister-elect is heading straight to work in Tokyo shortly after he's sworn in on Monday. Anthony Albanese promises to reset relations with the world and sweep aside what he calls an ineffective Australian response to climate change. Al Jazeera's Sarah Clarke reports from Sydney.
