At least 14 killed, thousands of homes damaged by India floods

More heavy rain, floods and landslides are further devastating areas in northeast India. In Assam State, at least 14 people have died in the latest downpours. More than 700,000 people are affected. Al Jazeera's @Pavni Mittal reports from Nagaon district in northeast India.
