75th Cannes Film Festival opens with Zelenskyy

The Cannes film festival is back after two years of pandemic disruptions. 21 films are in the running for the festival's top prize, the Palme D'or. The 75th Cannes Film Festival has kicked off with a live satellite video address from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who called on a new generation of filmmakers to confront dictators as Charlie Chaplin satirised Adolf Hitler.
