Burkina Faso mutiny, a 'response to the failed efforts to combat terrorism'

Burkina Faso's military appeared to seize power on Monday by arresting President Roch Kabore after mutinying in demand for greater resources in the fight against Islamist militants. Africa specialist Douglas Yates tells us more.
