Rome villa expected to fetch up to $500m in 'sale of the century'

It is being dubbed in Italy the "sale of the century". A villa in Rome is going under the auctioneer's hammer after an aristocratic family failed to reach a deal to keep it in a bitter inheritance feud. The palatial home's expected to fetch as much as $500m, largely because it has one of only known ceilings painted by the Italian painter Carravagio.
