US races to meet climate goals under Paris Agreement

Construction has begun on the first large-scale offshore wind farm in the United States. Washington lags far behind other industrialised nations when it comes offshore wind power. But a big push by the Biden administration to change that is under way, to meet clean-energy commitments made under the Paris Agreement.
