Bangladesh clamps down on COVID surge

Public gatherings are now suspended, and masks are mandatory in public areas. Anyone eating at a restaurant must have a vaccination certificate. Al Jazeera's Tanvir Choudhury reports from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
