South Africa President accuses rich nations of creating health apartheid

South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa has stepped up his fierce criticism of the way countries have reacted to the new Omicron variant of the coronavirus. At a peace and security forum in Senegal, he said governments have also failed to deliver Covid-19 vaccines that they promised to Africa. Al Jazeera's @Nicolas Haque reports from Dakar, Senegal.
