Henry Quartey unperturbed by efforts to sabotage his Make Accra work campaign

Greater Accra Regional Minister Henry Quartey says he's unperturbed by efforts of some people to sabotage his "Make Accra work" campaign.

Mr. Quartey likened his ministerial role to that of a soldier, assuring that he's ready for anything that comes his way while discharging his duties.
