Germany elections: Climate change among main issues

Climate change has become one of the hottest issues in the upcoming German elections after July's floods killed nearly 200 people. While Angela Merkel has been dubbed the "Climate Chancellor" during her 16-year term, critics say her commitment internationally is being contradicted by a lack of action at home.
