A 61-year-old man is on his fourth week of a hunger strike for Cuban liberation. Nacho Rocha is at the U.N. headquarters where global leaders are gathered calling for change. NBC News' Isa Gutierrez spoke with Rocha who said he will not end his strike until the U.N. agrees to meet with him.
