Toulouse chemical factory explosion: 20 years on, France pays tribute to 31 victims

France marks 20 years since the deadly explosion at the AZF chemical factory in Toulouse. 31 people were killed that day, and thousands injured in what's been described as France's worst industrial accident since World War Two.
