Argentina declares six-month 'water emergency' for Parana River

Argentina has declared a 180-day 'water emergency' for the Parana River. It is one of the most important rivers in South America, connecting Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil, but it is trickling at historically low levels. Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports from Argentina's Santa Fe province.
