Chad: One out of every 100 pregnant women dies during labour

Chad has one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the world. One out of every 100 pregnant women is expected to die during labour or from related complications. Al Jazeera's Hiba Morgan reports from the capital N'Djamena - one of the biggest challenges is access to medical care.
