Chileans vote for 155-member assembly to draft new constitution

Chileans are voting to choose delegates who will rewrite their outdated constitution. This stems from the military dictatorship era of Augusto Pinochet and is seen as the source of many of the country's problems. The poll follows months of protests demanding changes in health, education and pensions. Al Jazeera's Lucia Newman reports from Santiago, Chile.
