Northern Ireland: Leaders call for calm after violent unrest

For more than a week, crowds of mostly young pro-British loyalists have rioted almost every night in parts of Northern Ireland. Disorder sparked in pockets of Belfast on Friday night with petrol bombs and masonry thrown at police officers. Discontent over Brexit is fuelling the anger and, even if a call for a pause to mourn Prince Philip's death is heeded, the violence is likely to continue.

Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
