Who presents the 2021 budget in the absence of Ken Ofori-Atta ? | Citi Newsroom

President Akufo Addo is expected to nominate one of his Ministers to present the government's budget statement for the year 2021 on Friday, March 12th.

This follows the unavailability of Finance Minister designate Ken Ofori Atta who is recovering from COVID 19 complications in the US.

It is unclear whether Trade Minister Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten or Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kyei Mensah-Bonsu would be presenting Government's budget in parliament.

The Vice-President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has also been mentioned.
