New bill may see children spy on 'criminal' parents in the UK

Plans to allow children to be used as spies and make them reveal wrongdoing by their parents have sparked concerns in the UK, leaving even Conservative Party MPs wary. The bill, if passed, would allow 16- and 17-year-olds to be recruited by 22 state agencies ranging from intelligence services to tax authorities.
