Asian countries want more scrutiny of Chinese COVID-19 vaccine

Some Southeast Asian countries want closer scrutiny of the Chinese produced COVID-19 vaccine before they approve it. Others are pushing forward with their roll-out, despite the vaccine being less effective than others. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from Bangkok.
