One year since outbreak, Wuhan residents maintain rage at China's response

China's city of Wuhan, ground zero of the Covid-19 pandemic, has reported no new cases of coronavirus since June, but family and friends of people who have died from it have accused the government of dishonesty. Meanwhile, the government has authorised the release of an experimental vaccine to nearly one million people.
