Ethiopia Tigray conflict: A humanitarian disaster ?

Ethiopian federal government has announced its victory in Tigray region on Saturday, claiming control of Mekele city. Laetitia Bader, researcher at Human Rights Watch comments the impacts of the conflict on civilians and the possible abuses regarding Human rights.
