Australia: Lockdown reinstated amid second COVID-19 wave

The Australian state of Victoria has ordered large parts of its economy to close as it battles a second wave of COVID-19 infections. It follows the introduction of a nightly curfew and more restrictions on people's movements in Melbourne. Al Jazeera's Nicola Gage reports from Sydney.
