Spain shuts parts of northwest after small-scale outbreaks

Parts of Galicia in northwest Spain have returned to lockdown, after a local spike in cases that authorities have linked to bars. Spain ended a nationwide state of emergency in June, with over 28,000 deaths related to the disease, making it among the worst hit in Europe.
