Jean Castex named French PM after Edouard Philippe resignation

French President Emmanuel Macron has appointed a relatively unknown figure as the new prime minister. Jean Castex was previously a senior civil servant, who coordinated the exit from the coronavirus lockdown. The government reshuffle is seen as an attempt to reinvigorate Macron's presidency, in the last two years of his term. Al Jazeera's Natacha Butler reports from Paris.
