Monuments and tourist sites start to reopen across Europe

Across Europe, monuments and tourist sites are gradually coming back to life. Italy has reopened borders to tourists today, while in the Netherlands, the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam are again welcoming visitors, though with strict limits on numbers. Spanish beaches are also open to locals but remain off-limits to foreign tourists. Most European countries plan to reopen borders around June 15.
