A Village Adapting To Life On Water | Dw Documentary

In 2014, a flood hit Timbulsloko while many residents were asleep. Since then, the sea has kept swallowing parts of the Javanese village. Roads, rice fields, gardens and mangroves have disappeared under water. Residents are forced to move their beds and build walkways to make it possible for them to stay. But for how long?
