Laryea reposes confidence in Black Stars

Russia-based Laryea Kingston has expressed disappointment at being left out of Ghana's World Cup squad.

The midfielder who was an influential member of the team during the qualification campaign is serving a five-match international ban that makes him ineligible for the Ghana's group matches in Germany.

But Kingston says he should have been named in the final list of 23 for the Black Stars' subsequent games in the knockout stage.

Kingston, however, told Joy Sports he is over the initial disappointment and now backing the Stars for a vintage showing in Germany.
