Friendly Match Report: Asante Kotoko 2-0 New Edubiase - Porcupine Warriors Deservedly Take The Spoils

Asante Kotoko produced a fine performance to record a 2-0 victory in their friendly clash against second-tier side New Edubiase at the Baba Yara stadium on Sunday.

Strikers Federick Boateng and Obed Owusu found the back of the net to secure the win for Kotoko. Boateng opened the scoring with a fine effort before Owusu struck from close range in second half.

It was coach Paa Kwesi Fabian's first match and he will be very much impressed with the performance of his players.

Both Hearts of Oak and Sharks are preparing for the new season which has delayed.
