Kotoko fires coach Malik Jabir

Kumasi, June 24, GNA - The Interim Management Team (IMT) of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football Club has relieved Malik Jabir as the caretaker head coach of the Club with immediate effect. A release signed by Alhaji Salifu Abubakari, Chairman of the IMT and issued to the Press in Kumasi on Friday, said assistant coach Karim Zito was to assume duty as caretaker coach until further notice. No reasons were given for Malik's dismissal.
